Account Project and Change Lead
One of my Automobile giant client is urgently looking for an Account Project and Change Lead for a 6-12 month contract in Munich, Germany
The Account Project and Change Lead will:
IT Experience > 15 years
PM Experience > 15 years
Proven records of client expectations management and direct client negotiations > 10 years
Proven record in managing portfolio, programs and projects > 10 M$ annual
Direct customer facing
The APL has overall accountability for project delivery across a specific client or portfolio of clients.
The APL is a key stakeholder during the solutioning and proposal phases and assumes full responsibility for project delivery upon formal client acceptance and funding arrangements.
The focus of this role is to retain existing business and contribute to new business opportunities based upon credibility established through consistent, successful project delivery. As a partner to the Account Delivery Leader (ADL) and a trusted advisor to the client, the role also fosters incremental revenue opportunities based on their knowledge of company's offerings and the client's business and operations.
The role ensures that cost and delivery activities including governance, project financials, scope, and resourcing are aligned with GPDO requirements. The role is also responsible for project profitability and demand forecasting.
Acts as the single Project Delivery interface to company's Account Leadership and the Client
Acts as the point of contact to the extended team (SRM, Solutioning, Build teams)
Responsible for day to day delivery of the project portfolio on the account
Manages resourcing (people and services) to deliver the project portfolio
Partners with Account Leadership to achieve the account sell and bill target
Governs the portfolio and operates the defined escalation process
Ensures compliance with the standard PM processes and tools across project services
Supports and drives project delivery productivity improvement programs
PMP certified; strong leadership skills and people acumen, in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the critical business success factors, broad understanding of the vast range of IT operations and company's service offerings, demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key project management operational policies, processes and methodologies, excellent financial acumen.
Automobile Area specifics:
Responsible for driving the innovation projects, responsible for driving complex service request implementations with tight cooperation with the delivery team, very strong customer communication focus with 30+ stakeholders around the globe, complete understanding of company's EUWS (End User Workplace Services) portfolio, deep knowledge in both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (including usage of Jira tool), extremely responsive regardless of travel or any other occupancy (approval required within 1 business day for every proposals, even for highly complex ones), working under extremely high time-pressure in each areas

Location: 50 % Onsite in Munich Germany with Travel up to 75%
