Location: 100% remote from Poland

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Language: German + English

Specifications:

ITSM solution based on ARS Remedy (99% in-house development) the following tasks have to be done:

• Independent and self-responsible assumption of development orders and their documentation
• Operation of the ARS application landscape (ARS application server, ARS database) including various interfaces to customer / partner systems
• User/group administration in ARS
• Ticket processing (incident, problem, changes, operating orders)
• Support / consulting of users from the Departments
• Implementation of reorgs in ARS

Skills:

• Experience in working in a regulated environment
• Team-oriented way of working
• Sound IT knowledge with a focus on eno product ARSo in-house developments on ARSo interfaces (XML, SOAP, …)
• IT processes (esp. Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment)
• Basic knowledge in the areas of network, database, Unix
