I am looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing client in a progressive and innovative international team on a 3+ months contract in Strasbourg, France.

Location: Onsite in Strasbourg, France

Duration: 3+ months

Language: English

Employment and technical Requirements:

* Professional experience in ICT domains as described below with at least 2 years of experience as automation engineer or a comparable role (SRE, DevOps, etc.);

* In-depth technical understanding of IT concepts for every layer in the stack. Administrator level understanding of at least one commercial or open source tool in the following layers, preferably the products mentioned:

• o Storage (HPE 3PAR, HPE Primera, HPE StoreOnce (backup), Veeam, Ceph);
• o Virtualization (VMware);
• o Operating Systems (RHEL, MS Windows);
• o Physical Infrastructure (HPE iLO, rack management systems);
• o Networking (Cisco ACI, switching, routing, firewalling, load balancing).

* In-depth knowledge of:

• o Ansible (including: molecule or alternatives);
• o Python (including: pytest and testinfra or alternatives);
• o Linux Shell Scripting.

* Working experience with:

• o Ansible Tower/Ansible automation platform;
• o Git;
• o Test-driven development.
