Mandatory:

– Business Facing/Stakeholder engagement skills(emotional intelligence, soft skills)

– Knowledge of financial processes and ability to explain financial processes clearly

– Experience in working with business users in UAT, being the bridge between tech team and business team and helping create test scripts

– Knowledge and understanding of SAP Finance and reporting tools like BPC
