One of my market leading clients in London is looking for a Desk side Support Engineer to join their team.
Ideally, the Desk side Support Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
· Break-fix support for authorized laptops, desktop PCs, and other end-user computing hardware devices in scope
· Support for associated system software, printers, scanners, copiers, multi-functional devices in scope
· Coordination with Costa authorized vendor for the recycle/disposal of PCs in scope
· Perform approved IMACD (Install/Move/Add/Change/Decommission) services for in-scope hardware and software
· Track the inventory of in-scope End User devices as required by the project
