Deskside Support

One of my market leading clients in Cork, Ireland is looking for a Desk side Support to join their team.

Ideally, the Deskside Support Engineer have the following skills and experience:
o Dell and HP laptops rebuild using SCCM and autopilot method (MDM/Azure cloud build)
o Installing additional software on a new laptop (e.g.: Avaya, Adobe etc))
o Technical Skills including: Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, O365, and ServiceNow.
o Managing Tasks and Incidents in SNOW
