Position: DevOps Team Manager

Location: London, UK (Remote)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £90,000 per annum

ROLE PURPOSE:

• The role of the DevOps Team Manager is to deliver complex code developments, define and implement coding standards and practices as well as acting as a point of escalation with technical queries for the Developers;
• This role is a hands-off technical manager role, with the majority of the time managing the team, the pipeline and internal customer relationships.
• The role will work closely with the VP of IT to ensure we take advantage of emerging technologies where appropriate and we are adhering to best practices

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years in a development lead role using various technologies (Microsoft based)
• Experience in Azure technologies and working in an Agile/DevOps environment is desirable
• Able to take the lead and set technical standards and embed them within the team
• Experience in Utilities / Energy Sector is an advantage
