Regional Director of Sales

Our client is a fast-growing global powerhouse that is setting up communications technology to take Europe into the future. You will join the leaders in Germany who are at the forefront of the digital and transformation wave, as a Regional Director of Sales who can assist with the below:

  1. Manages up to 5 Regional Operations Manager(s) and make sure they are fulfilling their KRAs.
  2. Assigns resources to participates in the FSO Transition for Region (Sizing, Scope Review, Operational Readiness Resource Onboarding, Hype care).
  3. Ensure Consistency Across Accounts (Best Practice, Resource Utilization, Compliance, Models, Documentation, Vendor Service Performance)
  4. Works with Account SDM on Service Performance, Major Issues and Improvement Plans
