The Training Manager will be responsible, along with a supporting team of trainers, for ensuring up to 1,000 colleagues are capable and confident of using new systems and following new processes and ways of working by the end of 2022.
Reporting to the Business change and readiness lead, and working closely with the RM workstreams (Core Finance, Procurement, Sales and Warehouse management) and system implementers, you will be responsible for, and will have ‘hands on’ experience in, delivering formal programme outputs such as the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis documents.
This role inherits a team of trainers who have built training material for previous releases, and will help to coordinate and manage future releases for distinct business divisions.
Specifically, you will be accountable for:
4-6 trainer(s) will report to this role in order to execute training materials.
