Full Stack Developer .NET – Azure – £500 inside IR35

• Extensive full-stack development experience with .NET, .NET Core and C#. Familiarity with Object Orientated programming concepts, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Strong SQL Skills (3 years +). Familiar with database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Experienced in the design and consumption of API technologies. Thorough understanding of RESTful services (JSON)
• Strong UI development skills with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and experience with control libraries, specifically Telerik.
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM Toolset.
• Experience with Frameworks such as Blazor.
• Experience with concurrent development source control (GIT) and continuous integration (Azure DevOps Pipelines).
• Understanding of Automated Test Strategies and building unit tests.
• Commitment to producing high quality and robust code meeting coding standards and industry best practice.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience in developing code for management functions within Insurance, specifically in the Catastrophe management and Underwriting space.
• Experience with the ESRI mapping products.
• Experience integrating with 3rd party services and API’s.
• Strong front end development skills – Blazor and Telerik.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, CI/CD) and creating/deploying/maintaining Azure resources.

BSc degree in numerate discipline preferred (Maths, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering).
