Responsibilities

• Architectural design, and deployment of Linux infrastructure and configuration to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with Cloud Services Provider/s for implementation and support of various solutions in consultation with the application team and customers requirement.

• Handling of Production Environment and issues.

• Vendor coordination for Linux Environment Build, implementation and support

• Respond to and resolve alerts and tickets generated from the monitoring system and/or customer requests in a timely fashion. Maintain the SLA.

Good To Have

• Hands on technical expertise in RHEL Linux Builds

• Good Exposure of RHEL Filesystem administration, boot management, backups

• Hands on technical expertise in Unix AS400

• Expertise in package Management, resource monitoring.

• Knowledge of infrastructure related standards and guidelines

• Front-ending and Communication with customers as needed regarding ticket progress, new changes or agreed service windows and during Critical outages.
