- Matrix 42 development, Empirum, .Net Framework, Empirum & Firescope ü
- 4 or More years of development experience in Matrix 42 tool and Administration experience
- Experience in Installing & Configuring the Empirum agents
- Experience in all Network & Infrastructure integration with Matrix 42 tool.
- Identify and analyze the gaps in existing implementation and governance of services with adherence to ITIL and Industry standard best practices.
- Capability in developing custom data connectors and providers in Matrix 42 with the integration of third-party tools and reports that can provide ongoing visibility into the performance of client applications.
- Experience with integrating monitoring solutions (Check_MK) with Matrix 42 solution.
- Document information such as configurations, installation and user guides following process standards.
- Document recommendations or possible actions that allow the resolution of problems in the ITSM applications.
- Develop manuals and procedures for creating application performance dashboards and their interpretation
