Job Description
Network Infrastructure Hub Operations L3 Support in Routing ,Switching, Gateways, Load balancers, WAP , Security, Firewalls & voice
Primary Skill:-
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience
- Routing (Advanced in BGP and OSPF) & Switching (DC LAN)
- Next-generation firewalls (Knowledge in any 1 or 2 products- Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet are added advantage)
- Load Balancer F5 – LTM, GTM, APM & ASM
- Site to site VPN using Cisco ASA FW (IPsec) and Remote access using cisco any connect (SSL VPN)
Secondary Skills:-
- Wireless
- DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM)
- Proxy – Bluecoat or WPad
- Knowledge on cisco ISE, Prime and cisco DNA
Responsibilities:
- Interact and work closely with customer Network Managers and work towards new business growth opportunities
- Support for Troubleshooting and Resolution during P1 and P2 incidents for the region along with the TCS global support team based out of India
- Timely completion of Service management and configuration management requests for the region
- Interaction and coordination with customer’s Key Touchpoints for regional alignment
- Interact with regional IT teams to understand the future roadmap and changes that will have an impact on customer’s Network
- Liaising, Interacting, and reviewing project status with local network vendors and telco providers
- Focus for the incidents and Changes to the all the Network Hub Locations
- Support for any touch services for network break-fix at Customer site where the Regional SPOC will be stationed.
- Active involvement for Network changes implemented for the region
- Extended support for Problem Management and Service Level Management
- Support and Assist Third Party auditor as requested to provide requested information as part of Asset Sighting exercise
- Conflict & Escalation management for the region
- Innovation and operational excellence in the service delivery and Ensuring customer satisfaction
