Oracle HCM Consultant

One of my market leading clients in France is urgently seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant! The position can be worked on a REMOTE basis from anywhere in Europe!

Location: France / Anywhere Europe
Rate: Competitive
Contract: 12 Months +
Language Requirements: French Mandatory

Your skills and experience:
· Understanding of Global HR and at least one other HCM module (preferably Absence, Time and Labor or Recruitment).
· Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Absence, Time and Labor or Recruitment) – Certification Not Mandatory.
· Oracle Fusion HCM experience 2+ years.
· Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
· Must have worked in at least two implementation projects
· Experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
· Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment.
