Experience in Production Support with following technologies:

• Oracle Database, Scripting (Powershell+Unix), Middleware technologies (MQ, Apache Tomcat).
• Good understanding of production Support process and procedures.
• Servicenow
• Ability to work in rotational shifts Early Shift, Late Shift, Night Shift and Day shift
