Project manager – Salesforce

One of our leading clients based in Torino, Italy is looking for a experience Salesforce Project Manager; you will be Responsible for the delivery of a Salesforce.com project or portions of a Salesforce.com project.

  • Minimum 3+ years managing complex CRM software projects as an external consultant for a Global Consulting firm (onsite/offshore model)
  • Minimum 5 + years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications
  • Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage expectations (e.g., technology design, personality differences) with client while suggesting solutions that result in desired outcomes
  • Excellent presentations development, verbal and written communication and delivery ability (to all levels of the organization)
  • Excellent meeting management skills (e.g., agenda, managing expectations, facilitation, follow-up)
  • Exposure to a multiple industries, B2B and B2C business models.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of a Salesforce.com project or portions of a Salesforce.com project
  • Accountable for developing, managing (i.e., change control ) and communicating project scope for Salesforce.com related projects
  • Leverage understanding of Salesforce.com functionality and design to provide recommendations and guidance to meet project goals
  • Ensure quality and completeness of project financials (e.g., labor, capital and operational expenditures) for estimates, budgets and actuals
  • Ensure clear communications of project responsibilities, issues, risks (e.g., expectations, assignments, reviews) necessary to ensure desired project outcomes
  • Facilitate issue resolutions between team members in a manner that keeps everyone productive and highly motivated.
  • Develop and manage project control efforts: project plan, work breakdown structure, meeting calendars (e.g., Steering committee), change control, commination plan, risk management etc.
  • Ability to manage, mentor and lead teams.
  • Ensure coordination of work efforts across workgroups (e.g., US based and offshore teams)
  • Internal and External Stakeholder management.
  • Act as a single point of escalation across project groups
