Job Title: : SAP PPQM Consultant

Job Location: Netherlands (Remote)

Duration: 12+ months

Role Description:

  • Atleast 7 + years in SAP PP/QM experience
  • At least 2 implementation or roll out experience and hypercare experience with SAP S4/HANA PP/QM modules.
  • Hands on experience in S4 HANA, Demand Management/MRP runs, Shopfloor production order and end to end execution process.
  • Good to have knowledge of MES and planning scenarios of PP Module (MRP, LTP, Planning strategies ATO, ETO, CTO, Capacity Planning, etc).
  • S/4 HANA Delta change- Table changes, New user Exp in Fiori, simplification in master data, sourcing, and procurement, procure to pay cycle, inventory simplification with S4 Hana, Advanced ATP and BOM, MRP LIVE, DD MRP, PPDS.
  • ITSM, Solution Manager and ChaRM experience and knowledge agile tools like of JIRA preferred
  • Basic Debugging Skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
  • Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
  • Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads and CxOs
  • Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders like Business users, technical teams, FAs, BAs of multiple partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation, cutover and support of changes related of the said process area.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders like Business users, technical teams, FAs, BAs of multiple partners.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document Terumo business/user requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy Terumo business needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of PP/QM
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with SME and users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results in Tools like JIRA, Qtest.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements with proper documentation and impact analysis also work with cross work streams
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support after go live
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
