Essential Technical Skills
* Extensive experience in the design and implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Marketing & Onboarding, including integrations, data migration, all testing phases and knowledge transfer. Certification required for Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 Modules.
* Experience on 2-3 full end to end SF implementations including SAP HCM integrations

Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of key technologies (APIs, SFTP, PIPO)
* Knowledge or experience of working with media organisations
