Job Description

• This role is required to support an existing project to implement SF Recruitment and Onboarding, it will be working directly on the client side.
• The implementation is a joint delivery by the organisation and the SI partner.
• The project requires the SF modules to be successfully delivered in to a current BAU SF platform, ensuring the design, user experience, configuration and standards are consistent with the existing platform. This role will be key to ensuring the configuration is fit for purpose and meets the business requirements, ensuring the testing is robust and completed on time and a smooth transition in to BAU support.
• The individual needs to be an expert in SF Recruitment, Onboarding and Integration, have good communication and is able to lead design discussions confidently. The individual will report in the SF Product Owner and act as a SF subject matter expert through the life cycle of the project.
