SAP Support Analyst( French and English speaking)
One of my market leading clients is urgently looking for an SAP Support Analyst( French and English speaking) to join their team remotely . This is a great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to clarify the queries of business user / IT Support agent.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationship.
- Ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities.
- Experience in the area of overseeing the Standard Operating procedure documents for the functionalities or any Key issues documentation.
- Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (1 or 2).
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Approx 1-2 year Experience in service desk for SAP support project. OR 2- 4 years work experience as a Key Business User / Supervisor in SAP.
- Operated in multi-project, matrix managed environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.

- SAP BI/BW
- SAP CRM Functional
- SAP Enterprise Portal
- SAP Finance
- SAP GRC/Security
- SAP MM
- SAP PI/PO
- SAP PM
- SAP PP
- SAP PS
- SAP SD
- SAP SD/LE
