The SAS Service desk is in charge of a number of applications and jobs for which we have an SLA with different departments and users. This means we monitor the jobs on a daily base and take corrective actions if needed. We also get questions from other teams about authorizations, mainframe, SAS enhancements etc. You will be working in the Service desk team and you will also work closely with teams focusses on phasing out SAS applications. You will help them do analyses on existing SAS code and functionalities, turn off SAS jobs, update the documentation when jobs are stopped etc.
