Job Description:

• Around 8-10 years of experience in working as scrum master
• Knowledge about Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster is a bonus)
• Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making posi-tive relationships builds on a cooperation
• Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads
• Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, work-shops, education)
• Methodological support (Agile methods)
• Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from develop-ment
• Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as work-ing on their constant improvement
• Proactive attitude, openness and courage in an action.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions
