Scrum Master
I am currently looking for a Scrum Master to join my client’s team in Krakow, Poland on a Permanent basis.
About the Role
- Great experience in working as scrum master.
- Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making positive relationships build on a cooperation.
- Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement.
- Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education).
- Methodological support (Agile methods).
- Providing objective feedback.
- Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from development.
- Providing a support in work synchronization between particular units within organization.
- Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads.
- Experience in working with Agile methodology.
- Proactive attitude, openness and courage in an action.
