SDM (Service Delivery Manager)

One of my market leading clients in Tornesch, Germany is urgently seeking for an SDM (Service Delivery Manager)!

Location: Tornesch, Germany (onsite)
Rate: Competitive
Contract: 6-12 Months

Responsibilities:
* Act as Regional Service Delivery Manager with technical understanding on End User Computing (primarily AD, O365, SCCM/ Tanium) Network and Security Technologies.
* Can manage the priority tasks, escalations, Continuous Service Improvements, Service Level Management, Value Add and Customer Satisfaction.
* Will be required to manage regular and Ad-hoc reports about their IT Infrastructure including Forecast and spend at high level.
* Can manage the Hybrid Team (comprising of HCL offshore team and existing customer’s IT team), evaluate them for their Skills and ensure conflict resolutions among different teams.
