As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Banking clients, I am seeking a Production Support Manager in London /Edinburgh on a Hybrid working mode.

About the Role
The successful Candidate will manage L2/L3 support activities with limited scope of development.

Must Have Skills

• Experience of delivering Agile project management.
• Experience in Incident Management / Change Management.
• Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure all delivering to the same objective.
• Strong personal leadership and organization skills and astute attention to detail.
• Core Java, Microservices.
• API integrations experience.
• Good to have Knowledge/hands-on with NodeJS, Devops, CI/CD pipeline
• Good to have Knowledge also on Cloud development and deployment and Retail banking, Chatbot. experience.

About the interview process:

• 2 levels of interview (1st level HCL and 2nd level client round).
