One of my market leading clients in Copenhagen, Denmark is urgently seeking for a Service Desk Lead!

Language: English and Danish – C1 Level

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Rate: Competitive

Principal Responsibilities:

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with client representatives.

Create, review, update and maintain knowledge documentation.

Client relationship management

Investigate issues and complaints and provide root cause analyses and resolutions to management.
