My transportation client is urgently looking for Service Expert.

This is what you will do as a Service Expert

You help maintain the clients new remote solutions for hardware monitoring on trains.

Your tasks consist of:
* Handling incoming incidents;
* Making and analyzing findings (on individual trains or fleet-wide);
* Provide reports on hardware and software on the train;
* Help improve incident and change processes;
* Help improve dashboards and reports;
* Contribute to the automated monitoring of hardware components on the train.
* Maintain various forms of contact with stakeholders.

Here you will work
You will work within the Cluster Software Desk and Platforms. This cluster realizes and manages IT applications on trains. This runs via a uniform platform on all different types of trains that integrates with the train-specific infrastructure. It is a challenging field and more than 1 million travelers a day will experience these IT solutions.
As a Service Expert you work within the Train Hardware & Networks team. This is a team that ensures the proper and safe functioning of hardware on the train to facilitate dozens of IT/OT services.
At the moment we work on average 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home.

These are the requirements:
* You have at least a completed HBO education or demonstrable experience at HBO level.
* Good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing is a must.
* Extensive experience with functional management; including analyzing and reporting on incidents and availability.
* Knowledge of the OBIS architecture is a plus.
* You are familiar with Agile working (must), experience within a Release Train is a plus.
* You are analytically strong.
* You feel responsibility and take realistic actions to achieve the best results.
* You are able to keep an overview of complex matters in an environment with various stakeholders.
