ServiceNow HR Specialist
Location: Milan, Italy
Duration: 6-12 months
Language: Italian and English
- 3-5 years’ experience in ServiceNow technology.
- Preferable experience including BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB & Asset Management would be good.
- Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework.
- Good in-depth knowledge of various end to end ServiceNow implementations like ITSM, HRSD, Workplace Management and Service Portal modules in ServiceNow.
- Analysis of the Client’s needs, elaboration of interpretations and recommendations on the topics entrusted.
- Management of relations with the Customer and ability to interface with clients and customer’s technical teams
- Change Management skills, necessary to ensure the involvement of the Client’s staff and the transfer of skills and knowledge.
- Constant updating of the various branches of IT, on the state of the art and on the evolution of IT and on business problems.
- Formulation of specific presentations and reports.
- Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions in ServiceNow platform.
- Guide junior members of the team as and when required.
