Location: Gifhorn
Duration: 6-12 Months (Remote start, must be onsite from March)

Job Description:

• Candidate should have knowledge on complete lifecycle process for software (adaption, maintenance, phase out within the enterprise).
• Recognizes application proposal, testing, packaging, deployment, adaption, and maintenance process flow.
• Knowledge on software testing, its matrix (installation document creation) and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of software licensing and its implications.
• Skill in Software Market analysis to provide suggestions to adapt, integrate or replace applications in the environment.
• Knowledge in supporting Windows (7, 8 and 10).
• Knowledge on ITIL processes.

Required Skills:

• SCCM knowledge and experience
• Experience in Office Template Tool (XML file modification)
• Expertise in ticketing tools like Service center 3, SNOW, BMC, or ITSM tools.
• German B2 & Fluent English
