Technical Support Engineer – German Speaker

Our client is a fast-growing global powerhouse that is setting up communications technology to take Eschborn into the future. You will join the leaders in Germany who are at the forefront of the digital and transformation wave, as a Technical Support Engineer – German Speaker who can assist with the below:

  1. Day to day localremote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
  2. Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  3. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers. Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
