Sustainable Business Practices for Impactful Change
Gazelle’s environmental and sustainability commitments are a central pillar of the business. Our sustainable business practices focus on three main pillars: economic, social, and environmental sustainability. We integrate socially responsible and environmentally friendly practices into our company’s operations and will continue to adopt eco-friendly practices, reduce carbon footprints, and promote energy efficiency in a bid to achieve our NetZero target by 2050. We are proud to be an EcoVadis partner and have been awarded a Bronze medal. This result places our company among the top 35% percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the past 12 months.
Environmental
We have an elevated focus on reducing the environmental impact of our business operations. It involves initiatives such as sustainable offices, fully cloud-based operations, conserving energy and water, reducing carbon emissions, and adopting eco-friendly practices throughout all business units and purchasing.
Social
Our social sustainability efforts encompasses the ethical and social responsibilities of our business towards our employees, candidates, and society at large. Not only do we promote fair labour practices through our policies and procedures, we also support community development initiatives and environmental projects such as Kyros Community Trust, Radical Recruit and CALM.
Economic
We strive to ensure successful long-term viability and profitability of the business for our employees, stakeholders and community. From responsible financial management, transparent governance practices, investing in development of people and innovation, while also considering the impacts on stakeholders and society.
